So who is responsible parents or the child. Do we teach our kids to fight back or report behavior to the proper authority? It is the parent's problem first because the parent(s) is the very first person to instill morals, values, right and wrong behaviors in their babies, who grow up to become bullies. The only reason the govt is concerned is because they want to protect gay youth. They could care less about bullying otherwise. The answer is the Body of Christ. We have to spread the gospel to ALL age groups and release the love of God. Then a change will come.
